Fabienne is a senior litigator with extensive experience advising companies across a wide range of industries on commercial disputes. She also represents individuals, including founders, directors, entrepreneurs, PEPs and high-net-worth individuals, guiding them through contentious matters to achieve swift and successful outcomes.
Fabienne began her career in the London and Paris offices of SJ Berwin before joining Mishcon de Reya in 2007, where she spent 15 years developing a broad and varied contentious practice. Her experience spans breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, multi-jurisdiction investigations, injunctive relief and the enforcement of foreign judgments, as well as substantial court experience in conducting trials and applying for interim relief.
She brings creative thinking and commercial pragmatism to even the most complex disputes, including a current matter involving contested real estate in the metaverse.
Fabienne’s children keep her very busy, but she makes time for tennis, Pilates and reading, preferably something by William Boyd.
